JUST IN: Manchester City Beats Liverpool 4-1 At Anfield, Holds A Firm Grip Of The Premier League Race.

Gundogan scored twice out of the four goals that gave Man city the victory over Liverpool FC despite missing a penalty.

This has placed Manchester City five points clear of Manchester United, with a game in hand to come, at the top of the table.

This frustrating defeat marked third consecutive home defeat leaving Liverpool FC 10 points off the top in fourth, having also played a game more than City.

Very fantastic display by Raheem Sterling and the outstanding Phil Foden who were also on target in the match against Liverpool

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker featured prominently in the match who was at fault for two or three out of the four goals against his team.

Aside the defeat, the margin was also another humiliation for the Reds’ in recent outings.
